Brandi Glanville Reveals Rupture Breast Implant As Cause of Facial Parasite

Brandi Glanville is opening up about the cause of her facial parasite and more problems she’s faced in the past few years.

The 53-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared in December that she finally had a diagnosis but didn’t say what, and now she says it was a ruptured breast implant that led to an infection and more.

Brandi told TMZ that after going to 21 doctors and “spending so much money,” she thought why not do a sonogram.

She noted that she thought her implants were fine after almost 20 years, “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I learned a really, really hard lesson.”

During a recent segment on Inside Edition, who went inside her implant removal surgery, it was revealed that she was losing her hair also.

“I have lumps in my face, my joints are sore, I’m fatigued,” she noted of other health issue she’s faced.

Her plastic surgeon, Dr Ariel Ourian, said, “Brandi‘s case is really complicated. She has a ruptured implant. I don’t really know what I’m going to find when I get in there.”

During the surgery, he found what was left of the ruptured implant and it was such a mess that he had to change his gloves in the middle of the procedure.

“It is torn, it is ripped, and this is actually much worse than I had expected,” he shared.

The doctor then replaced the implants with new ones, and noted, “I think she’s going to be really happy with putting in fresh, new implants that have a lower risk of rupture.”

Brandi has also been getting some work done to improve the look of her face following the disfigurement the parasite caused.
