Tucson, Arizona
40 Days for Life participants in the Grand Canyon State jump-started their campaign with a big presence at the Tucson March for Life.
Tucson leader Laura said attendance doubled from previous years, with somewhere between 1,200 and 1,500 pro-lifers joining the march–many of them carrying 40 Days for Life signs!
The day’s success is spilling over to the 40 Days for Life vigil, as brand-new volunteers who met Laura and her team at the march are signing up to pray at the vigil site!
“We made an excellent impact raising awareness of the importance of praying outside of our local Planned Parenthood,” Laura said. “I am eagerly awaiting…our spring campaign.”
Hungary
Hungary is a hotbed for 40 Days for Life campaigns, with ten vigils taking place this Lent.
Budapest campaign leader Magdi helps coordinate 40 Days for Life campaigns across the country. She also organized a day of preparation, uniting prayer warriors from across the country in getting ready for this Lent’s campaign.
“Continuous vigil is only the beginning,” 40 Days for Life director of international campaigns Robert Colquhoun exhorted attendees. “God is the source of life and love. … By saving a single child, we save an entire future family.”
