Morning Briefing: Mets to Ease Robert, Others Into Action
Good morning, Mets fans!
Luis Robert Jr., Brett Baty, Francisco Alvarez and Jorge Polanco will be eased into action this spring and won’t play in early exhibition games, as Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reported.
Baty is coming off a minor hamstring tweak, while the Mets want Robert to focus on building lower-body strength due to his injury history.
