Bradford hospital closing ER and inpatient services

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Bradford, Pennsylvania hospital says it is getting rid of its emergency room and inpatient services. The Bradford Regional Medical Center submitted a closure notice on Tuesday, requesting to transition to outpatient care only.
