Transit dumping yard at Sati Chaura can be shifted after allotment of land: CMC tells HC
Cuttack Municipal Corporation informed the Orissa High Court that the Sati Chaura dumping yard will relocate only after securing an additional 20 acres. The court had previously ordered an immediate halt to dumping there due to pollution concerns. The civic body plans to use existing land for bio-gas and charcoal plants, with the new site expected soon.
