Inter midfielders Calhanoglu and Frattesi ruled out of Bodo/Glimt clash
Sky Sport Italia reports that Inter midfielders Hakan Calhanoglu and Davide Frattesi won’t be available for a Champions League match against Bodo/Glimt on Wednesday.
Inter have travelled to Norway for the first leg of the Champions League knockout play-off against Bodo/Glimt without their midfielders Calhanoglu and Frattesi.
Why Calhanoglu and Frattesi will miss Bodo/Glimt vs. Inter
As reported by Sky Sport Italia, Calhanoglu will miss the match due to muscle fatigue, while Frattesi has had a fever.
Calhanoglu had only just returned to action after spending a month on the sidelines, making a substitute appearance against Juventus on Saturday.
The Turkey international, 32, has already missed nine games across all competitions due to injuries this term.
Inter will visit Bodo/Glimt tomorrow, Wednesday, February 18, at 21:00 CET, while two other Serie A clubs play in the first leg of the Champions League knockout play-off later today.
Luciano Spalletti’s Juventus will visit Galatasaray at 18:45 CET, while Raffaele Palladino’s Atalanta play away at Borussia Dortmund at 21:00 CET.
