Jharkhand high court pulls up Chatra SP in a child detention in custody
The Jharkhand High Court has summoned the Chatra SP to explain the 10-day detention of two students without legal protocol. The court questioned the police's actions, stating the students were not hardcore criminals and their detention was outside legal procedures. The case diary also failed to record their custody. The matter will be heard again on February 27.
