Oklahoma City expands mental health crisis response with new grant

The Oklahoma City Fire Department’s Mobile Integrated Healthcare program recently received a grant for $572,697 through the Opioid Abatement Grant, a program of the Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Board (OAB). The grant will be distributed throughout a three-year period for the purpose of promoting and protecting the health of Oklahomans by helping abate the effects of the opioid epidemic.
