A Valentine’s Letter from God

Before anyone else loved you, God did. And his love is the one that will never fail. Happy Valentine’s Day from the one who knows you best.

Hey you,

I see you wondering if you’re too much. If you’re not enough. If you’ll ever find someone who loves you the way you deserve.

Let me tell you something: You are loved. Fully. Completely. Unconditionally. Not because of what you do, but because of who you are. Not because you’re perfect, but because you’re mine.

I see every part of you — the parts you show the world and the parts you hide. The strength and the struggle. The faith and the doubt. The light and the dark. And I love all of it. You don’t need someone else to complete you. You are already whole.

But I am preparing someone who will celebrate you, not just tolerate you. Someone who will choose you on the hard days. Someone who will see your worth without you having to prove it. Someone who will love you the way I do — faithfully, and patiently, and without conditions.
