Document #EFTA02731361 And Jeffrey Epstein’s Alleged Eugenic Breeding Program
One of the most disturbing documents in the Epstein files is titled EFTA02731361. The document contains graphic descriptions of abuse, forced pregnancy, and the removal of newborns. It is extremely disturbing.
The document has received coverage from The New York Post, OK Magazine, various Reddit threads, and a podcast. But it hasn’t taken over the web like some other claims. While we can’t verify whether it’s true, it aligns with broader reporting around Epstein’s interest in eugenics, and it has more grounding than fringe internet rumors, like claims he was a cannibal or used sulfuric acid to dissolve bodies. Why? Because it’s an actual real document with real claims.
What follows is a summary of its contents, quoted directly where possible. This is an extremely graphic and disturbing document. Proceed with caution.
What Is EFTA02731361?
EFTA02731361 is a 32-page scanned journal and scrapbook released as part of the DOJ’s Epstein Files Transparency Act document tranche in January 2026. Every page is watermarked “CONFIDENTIAL – FOR ATTORNEY’S EYES ONLY,” indicating it was originally produced under legal privilege, likely in connection with civil litigation or a criminal investigation.
The journal was first reported on by the New York Post, which identified the writer as a teen accuser of Epstein who was approximately 16 or 17 at the time of the events described, around 2002. According to the UK Times, copies of the diary were turned over to prosecutors by the woman’s lawyer during the investigation of Epstein and Maxwell. It has not been confirmed whether the specific claims in the journal have been independently verified.
The journal combines typed entries, handwritten pages in red ink, collaged magazine clippings, an ultrasound image, and original artwork. Two pages are covered entirely in red paint.
What Does EFTA02731361 say?
Again, before reading, please note this is an extremely disturbing document of horrific abuse.
The journal describes being subjected to forced medical procedures, being impregnated multiple times, having babies taken from her, and being controlled by both Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
The first entry begins:
Close your eyes close your eyes close your eyes. Dont speak she doesnt talk. I cant stop shaking and its been a week. A decision was made but I cant tell Jeffrey.
She describes a medical procedure performed by a doctor she did not know:
The doctor was different again. I think from Israel. He had kind eyes but didnt speak directly to me.
A shot and those rod like things had a hook and so much pain. Ghislaine said to push all the pain away.
She describes what she saw during the procedure:
I saw between her fingers this tiny head and body in the doctors hands. It reached its tiny arm up.
In a later entry, the writer’s voice shifts to anguish over a baby she says was born alive:
“In the hall Ghislaine said she was beautiful. SHE WAS. Not is. She was a beautiful girl!” “Where is she? Why did she stop whimpering? She was born! I heard the tiny cries! I cant do this anymore!”
She describes being impregnated again within months:
He was right. A couple of months and two pink lines.
And addresses her captors directly:
As long as I am wearing what you want. There is no respect for me as a human… I am nothing but your property and incubator! You only trust me when I am under your complete CONTROL.
A later entry, dated April 22nd, describes a delivery at a house near Epstein’s property in Palm Beach. The birth was attended by “an elderly French lady” who acted as a midwife. The baby was breech and the delivery was traumatic:
She had me flip over to my hands and knees and had me push and push and it was so excruciating. I felt I was dying but suddenly she had caught a beautiful baby girl who made more than a whimper but beautiful cries.
The baby was taken from her after approximately fifteen minutes:
I am dead inside. Life has no meaning. I dont want to be here.
One page includes a pasted ultrasound image alongside the words “She is gone and she won’t be coming back” and “My heart belonged to her.”
On another page, she writes:
I only got 10 to 15 minutes to hold and feed her before they took her. She is mine! I want her back!!!
A separate entry names Jean Luc Brunel directly, calling him “a disgusting pig.” She describes being given only six weeks of recovery before “being sent back” as “punishment for trying to run.”
Toward the end, she describes being helped to escape by a friend who “realized much of everything and came to get me out.” The friend “put all my belongings in trash bags.” She writes: “I have maybe avoided NM.”
One of the final typed entries reads:
HELP ME! PLEASE CANT ANYONE FIND ME?
What Does It Say About Epstein’s Possible Eugenics Project?
Page 13 of the journal is where the writer connects her experience directly to Epstein’s eugenics ideology. She describes being taken to New Mexico and questioning why:
Get away from it all. And go to New Mexico? What in the hell? This makes no sense. What about school?
She describes Epstein taking total control over her life:
He is now controlling EVERYTHING when it used to be Ghislaine who some days acts like she hates me.
Then she writes about Epstein’s interest in her specific physical traits:
Superior gene pool?!? Why me? Why my hair color and eye color?”
She compares his thinking to Nazi ideology:
That feels very Nazi like but in thinking about these stupid insane theories he has I guess in his mind it makes sense.
She describes Epstein using music and flattery as tools of persuasion:
The piano and music comments are made to convince me this is right and will create perfect offspring.
And she names what was happening to her:
I miss the person I was before I was made into what feels as a human incubator.
This journal is consistent with the 2019 New York Times reporting that Epstein told scientists he wanted to “seed the human race with his DNA” by impregnating women at his New Mexico ranch. What this document suggests is that those plans may not have remained theoretical.
What else has been said about this document?
No specific denials have been issued regarding the claims in document EFTA02731361. But Ghislaine Maxwell and other Epstein associates have broadly denied all allegations of abuse in court filings and public statements.
The diary remains unverified by authorities, with no independent confirmation of its contents, such as DNA evidence or corroborating witness accounts. Hopefully as more and more light is shed on Epstein’s unspeakable crimes, we’ll learn more and hold the right people to justice.
