Justin Trudeau Put His Own Spin On A Love Letter To Katy Perry
When it comes to romance, Justin Trudeau knows how to sweet talk his girlfriend Katy Perry. The former prime minister just gave her a different kind of love letter, and we are obsessed with the move.
The “Teenage Dream” singer shared an Instagram carousel this week, full of sweet moments lately. “♥️ let love be the revolution ♥️,” she captioned the post. It includes pictures of her in a sleeveless red dress, a video of her doing a yoga move with her daughter Daisy, 5, who she shares with ex Orlando Bloom, and a selfie of her and Trudeau skiing among others. Scroll all the way to the end to see a glimpse into their relationship, with a love letter written on Canada’s official “Office of the Prime Minister” stationary.
Sweet sonnets and cute terms of endearment are noticeably missing from this note, however. Instead, it has “cube” underlined at the top, then a series of numbered instructions. These include “1. White plus 2. Corners – lost dogs 3. Middle layer – ABCDEF” and more, getting progressively more confusing. Lost yet? It’s instructions on how to solve a Rubix cube — definitely not what we expected to see! Near the end, he even drew her a tiny little picture of a Rubix cube with a thumb holding it and arrows showing how to position it. Talk about adorable.
“It’s giving happily ever after,” one person commented on the sweet post. Another wrote, “So beautiful to see how happy you are with Justin! Sending you Daisy and Justin lots of love from this UK Katycat! ????????????”
They may be enjoying the snow and indoor activities like solving Rubix cubes, but inside, their relationship is heating up. A source told Heat World UK last month that Perry is “ready to go all in” in her relationship with Trudeau.

The insider continued, “They’re even talking about having a child together. Justin is very clear that he wants to build a life with her and there’s no one he’d rather be with. When Katy first started seeing Justin, everyone assumed it would just be rebound fling, but it’s much more than that. She says it feels like destiny that they met.”
“Katy’s made no secret of wanting at least one other child and Justin’s the perfect fit for where she’s at in life right now,” the source continued, adding, “It’s moving fast, but she’s happy with that – as is he.”
