Tributes have been paid to a ‘humble’ father who died in hospital after being set upon by a gang armed with sticks and bats.

Police said the man had been chased and assaulted by a group, ‘armed with weapons, like bats and sticks’, down East Avenue.
Detectives say Mr Choudry was the victim of ‘a targeted attack’.
One person posted: ‘He dropped his children off at school every morning at the same primary school my children go to. A great loss for those small children.’
