Aristocrat announces the acquisition of Gaming Analytics, Inc
The entertainment and gaming content creation company Aristocrat announces it has acquired Gaming Analytics, Inc for an ‘undisclosed sum.’
The company is a US-based provider of AI-powered tools for real-time player analytics, slot optimization, and marketing automation, designed to operate alongside traditional casino management systems. It connects data from different systems throughout the casino and provides a 360 degree view of the business, with integration with all major slot systems and data warehouses.
At present, the company has a team of more than 30 people working across the United States, India, Spain, and Canada, and they have now transitioned to Aristocrat as part of the arrangement.
The Gaming Analytics CEO Kiran Brahmandam, has assumed a new role of Managing Director, Gaming Analytics within Aristocrat, too and none of the customers of the brand are said to have been affected, as they will still see the same support as before. In a statement on LinkedIn, a spokesperson wrote: “We’re proud to share that Gaming Analytics has been acquired by Aristocrat.
“From the beginning, our mission has been clear: help casino operators use real-time data and AI to make smarter decisions, strengthen player engagement, and drive measurable impact across their properties.
“As part of this next chapter, the Gaming Analytics team across the U.S., Spain, India, and Canada is joining Aristocrat. Kiran Brahmandam will continue as Managing Director, Gaming Analytics within Aristocrat, providing continuity and strategic direction for the business.”
Gaming Analytics, Inc team moves over to Aristocrat
The ‘strategic’ acquisition has been described as one which will help enhance Aristocrat’s capabilities for platform operations, especially in providing operators with real-time data collection, analytics, and personalized player engagement across land-based operations.
This comes just days after new executive leadership appointments at the company were announced, with Bob Serr being the new Chief Technology Officer and Dafne Guisard appointed to the position of the Chief Commercial Officer, EMEA.
At the time, the Aristocrat CEO and managing director Trevor Croker commented on the move and indicated growth ambitions: “I am delighted to welcome leaders of the calibre of Dafne and Bob. Both have proven track records in scaling businesses, driving transformation, and building high-performance teams. I look forward to their contribution.
“Dafne’s commercial and operational leadership will be critical as we accelerate our European growth ambitions, while Bob’s technology expertise will help us continue to advance innovation and execution at enterprise scale.”
