French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot has referred prosecutors to a French diplomat linked to Jeffrey Epstein, who is suspected of passing UN documents to the late convicted financier. The diplomat, Fabrice Aidan, accused of acting as a fixer for Epstein, reportedly provided him with contacts and information. Investigative site Mediapart notes he was also investigated by the FBI in 2013 over child pornography allegations while living in New York.
