Editorial: Misuse of power
The Ohio Civics Board, created as part of Senate Bill 1 to oversee academic civic centers at state universities and advise the General Assembly on civics education in grade schools and high schools, should blow the whistle on House Bill 671 as the sort of government abuse an educated citizenry cannot accept.
