Why We Love This Deal
“Fjallraven” and “big sale” are two things you don’t often see together, but that’s exactly what’s happening right now: The famed Swedish outdoor apparel brand just launched a major End of Season sale event, and the deals are amazing. Even coveted Fjall items that rarely see discounts, like the Greenland down jacket and the Vidda Pro hiking pants, are available for up to 30% off. The Keb Trousers, a standout pair of outdoor pants, also received a major markdown.
The Fjallraven Keb Trousers are on sale for $168, a 30% discount from their normal price of $240. These pants are only available in one colorway, Mountain Blue, at that price, but a full range of inseam lengths and waist sizes is in stock. Fjallraven is essentially the only place to get these pants. Third-party retailers like REI only carry the Keb Agile Trousers, a lighter-weight version (and those are nearly sold out).

The Keb Trousers are designed for durability and freedom of movement, making them a great choice for hikes, climbing, and other alpine adventures in mild to cold weather. They’re made from Fjallraven’s famed G-1000 fabric, a blend of cotton and recycled polyester that offers exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, much like old-school cotton canvas. You can even wax it with the brand’s Greenland Wax to make it water-resistant.
The G-1000 is paired with panels of stretchy nylon-polyester fabric to promote good freedom of movement, and Fjallraven redesigned the fit of the Keb to make it more comfortable and less restrictive. Dual zippered vents on the side allow you to dump hot air when you’re working hard, and an array of pockets (two hand pockets and two snap-button thigh pockets, one with an internal mesh pocket) gives you lots of helpful storage.

Fjallraven Keb vs. Vidda Pro
Amazingly, Fjallraven has two extremely popular pairs of outdoor pants. The Keb is slightly heavier and stretchier than Fjallraven’s other well-known style, the Vidda Pro Trousers. The Vidda Pro is made entirely of G-1000, including double layers over the seat and knees, which gives these pants top-tier durability, and they also have more pockets compared to the Keb (6 versus 4).
The Vidda Pro lacks the zippered thigh vents found on the Keb. Both pants work great for outdoor adventures. If you need more storage, the Vidda Pro has the edge, but the vented Keb is the better choice for milder conditions (or those who tend to overheat).
Getting 30% off the acclaimed Keb Trousers is an outstanding and exceedingly rare deal. Fjallraven fans are going to snap these up quickly, so don’t miss your chance: Bring your pair home today before they’re totally sold out.
