4 New FBI Photos From Nancy Guthrie’s Nest Camera Showing a Masked, Armed Suspect at Her Front Door
BREAKING: The FBI just released new surveillance images of a potential subject in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.
The four images show a masked individual wearing gloves, khakis, sneakers, and a backpack approaching Nancy Guthrie’s front door in the early morning hours of February 1st, appearing to tamper with her doorbell camera before it was disconnected at 1:47 AM.
FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed the potential subject is armed.
Here’s what we know:
Nancy Guthrie, 84, was last seen the evening of January 31st after being dropped off at her Catalina Foothills home near Tucson, Arizona around 9:50 PM. She was reported missing the next day when she didn’t show up for church. Investigators found drops of her blood on the front porch. Her phone, purse, ID, keys, and critical heart medications were all left behind.
Multiple ransom notes demanding $6 million in Bitcoin were sent to media outlets. The Guthrie family, including her daughter, TODAY co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, released a video saying “We received your message and we understand… we will pay.” A Monday deadline has now passed. The FBI says it is “not aware of any continued communication” between the family and the suspected kidnappers.
No suspects have been identified. The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward.
