'American Pie' Singer Don McLean, 80, Celebrates His 10th Anniversary With Much-Younger Girlfriend Paris Dylan

Don McLean is celebrating his 10th anniversary with girlfriend Paris Dylan.

The “American Pie” singer made headlines a decade ago because of the huge age gap in their relationship, but they’ve proven critics wrong by going strong 10 years later.

Don, 80, and Paris, 31, have a 48-year age gap. She will celebrate her 32nd birthday later this month.

The couple started dating in 2016 after she was initially hired as his social media manager. They went public with their relationship after Thanksgiving of that year. They have maintained a relatively low profile over the years, with their own public appearance being at Don‘s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 2021, as pictured here.

“Happy anniversary Paris. We’ve been together for more than 10 years and you are the love of my life,” Don wrote on Instagram last week.

Paris commented, “love of my life ❤️.”

Don was previously married to Carol Sauvion from 1969 to 1972 and Patrisha Shnier from 1987 to 2016. He shares two children with his second wife – daughter Jackie and son Wyatt.
