Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s Wife Amy Earnhardt Says She's Held a Grudge Against Jessica Simpson for Nearly 20 Years

Amy Earnhardt, wife of Dale Earnhardt Jr., has been holding a grudge against Jessica Simpson for almost 20 years.

During last week’s episode of their podcast Bless Your ‘Hardt, Amy said she was once a big Jessica fan.

When she and Dale first started dating, Amy visited him at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla. She’d heard Jessica was there and asked Dale to introduce them.

However, the race car driver said that might not be a “good idea.” Someone then showed Amy an interview clip of Jessica where she allegedly said she “had a dream that she and Dale Jr. got married in a treehouse.”

Amy immediately felt that was a red flag.

“I’m like, ‘Yeah, don’t bring that [b---h] over here. It’s a good idea,’” she said jokingly.

Amy added that she hasn’t “bought a Jessica Simpson shoe or bag” since then, claiming the “Irresistible” singer was “trying to fish my man” and “knew exactly what she was doing.”

Jessica has been opening up about her romantic life lately and recently revealed whether or not she would ever do The Bachelorette.
