Bokaro Steel Plant and district administration demolished an illegal office structure linked to murder accused Binod Kumar alias Binod Khopdi. The property, including a swimming pool, was on BSL land and had been encroached upon for years. Kumar, currently in jail and contesting a mayoral election, faces numerous criminal cases.
