Chatra Police Arrest Drug Peddler, Seize Brown Sugar Worth Rs 1.5 Lakh
A drug peddler was apprehended near Bhelwara Mor in Chatra, with authorities seizing 51 grams of brown sugar valued at approximately Rs 1.5 lakh. The accused, identified as Krishna Kumar, was arrested following a tip-off to the Chatra SP. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act, and efforts are ongoing to dismantle the wider drug network.
