‘You can’t say the F-word on live TV’: Members of Congress livid over graphic Bad Bunny at Super Bowl, urge ‘dramatic action’
U.S. Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla., has called on the Federal Communications Commission, which regulates the use of the public airwaves in the United States, to take action against the National Football League and Super Bowl halftime showman Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, a.k.a. Bad Bunny, for violating the law.
“You can’t say the f-word on live TV. ‘Bad Bunny’s’ disgusting halftime show was illegal. Had he said these lyrics — and all of the other disgusting and pornographic filth in English on live TV, the broadcast would have been pulled down and the fines would have been enormous. Puerto Ricans are Americans and we all live by the same rules. We are sending @BrendanCarrFCC a letter calling for dramatic action, including fines and broadcast license reviews, against the @NFL, @nbc, and “Bad Bunny.” Lock them up,” Fine said on social media.
WARNING: Extremely explicit and highly offensive lyrics:
Attached to his statement was an English translation of the horrific lyrics in the songs used during Sunday’s Super Bowl halftime, which, while got huge numbers of views, also lost out on estimates of at least 25 million to Turning Point USA’s alternative halftime show that appeared on social media and other channels.
BREAKING: Congressman Randy Fine says Bad Bunny’s halftime show broke the law.
F-bombs. Pornographic lyrics. Live TV.
If this were in English, fines would be raining down.

A report at BizPacReview said Fine wants “dramatic action” by FCC Chairman Brendan Carr because of the “vulgar lyrics and a desecration of American tradition” seen by critics of the NFL’s show.
The report noted others saw “a celebration of love and culture.”
The publication then posted the English translation of some of the lyrics, and added: “WARNING: Extremely vulgar language” as a warning atop the lyrics from Ocasio, also known as “Bad Bunny.”
The report noted: “In a strange move, the artist at the center of this controversy appears to have wiped his Instagram account following the performance. According to Fox News, Bad Bunny’s account boasts over 50 million followers but was wiped clean, including unfollowing everyone.”
Social media opinions included, “Vile and perverted” and “New low for America.”
Further, “They circumvented the rules by allowing him to sing it all in Spanish,” and “The lyrics were definitely X rated. There is ZERO possibility that an American artist would have been able to get away with the lyrics.”
Fine later added that, “Today would be a great day to round up and deport illegals … Especially those who liked ‘Bad Buddy’s’ filth.”

Also moving into the fight was Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., who wants Congress to investigate.
He called the show “pure smut, brazenly aired on national television for every American family to witness.”
He continued, “Children were forced to endure explicit displays of gay sexual acts, women gyrating provocatively, and Bad Bunny shamelessly grabbing his crotch while dry-humping the air. And if that weren’t outrageous enough, the performance’s lyrics openly glorified sodomy and countless other unspeakable depravities.
“These flagrant, indecent acts are illegal to be displayed on public airways. That is why I am requesting that the Energy and Commerce Committee launch a formal congressional inquiry into the National Football League and NBC immediately for their prior knowledge, deliberate approval, and facilitation of this indecent broadcast. American culture will not be mocked or corrupted without consequence.”

WorldNetDaily already has reported the NFL and advertisers already were in a panic over the fact that the Turning Point USA alternative show had so many tens of millions of viewers.
Bestselling author Jack Posobiec, who welcomed viewers to the patriotic alternative and dedicated it to slain civil-rights leader Charlie Kirk, revealed on “The Benny Show” Monday that the preliminary estimates of 25 million views of the TPUSA show headlined by Kid Rock are likely to go much higher.
“The 25 million number that has come out already, that’s just from the main YouTube and Rumble streams. So that’s just crunching the numbers there,” Posobiec explained. “We’ve already got, just YouTube alone, Turning Point’s main stream, 6.17 (million), and the one seven is significant because the previous No. 2 YouTube livestream of all time was 6.15 (million).”
“It boggles the mind to even think about those kind of numbers,” he added. “We might see 40 (million), we might see 50 (million), the sky is really the limit because we have so many partners. And then we haven’t even gotten to X and so many people were re-streaming it and putting it out there. So we are going to see a staggering number of views on this.”
