Draft Juvenile Justice rules in law dept: Assam govt to Gauhati HC
In a recent hearing, Assam's government disclosed to the Gauhati High Court that the draft rules for Juvenile Justice are currently under review by the legislative department and are pending cabinet endorsement. Furthermore, the judicial department is yet to finalize a draft Child Protection Policy.
