Social media then ran rampant with rumors that the boy was Liam, the 5-year-old who was reportedly detained earlier this month along with his dad by ICE in Minneapolis.
The child seen in the halftime show performance was 5-year-old actor Lincoln Fox. He shared a photo from the cameo on Instagram confirming the news, writing that he would remember this day forever.
