Redfin x Rocket Super Bowl Commercial 2026: Lady Gaga Sings 'Neighbor' Song to Promote Search for Free $1 Million Home

Lady Gaga is lending her voice to a touching commercial for Redfin and Rocket Mortgage, which is airing during the 2026 Super Bowl.

The Grammy and Oscar-winning superstar recorded her own version of Mister Rogers‘ theme song “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” to highlight the power that neighbors can have in each other’s lives.

The commercial features two families moving to a new neighborhood, with two young girls both feeling lonely without friends. When one girl’s dog goes missing during a storm, the other girl finds the pet and returns him to the other girl… instantly creating a lasting friendship.

Redfin is hiding a $1,000,000 home for someone to find in the Redfin app and become America’s newest neighbor. It’s an epic nationwide search for a $1,000,000 home running from 2/8 to 2/10, 8PM ET.
