New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson revealed just a few days ago that he secretly eloped with his girlfriend after proposing last year.

At the time, though, the 23-year-old star did not reveal her identity.

However, a short time later, TreVeyon‘s wife honored him during the NFL Honors event, and revealed her name: Mackenzie Henderson! They got engaged in 2025, but he did not reveal when exactly they wed.

“We got married. We made it official. We got engaged first and then we eloped and made it official,” he said on “The Walk” podcast. He went on to speak about a point in their early faith when they realized they had to consciously choose between following their spiritual beliefs or continuing in behaviors they viewed as morally wrong.

He continued, “One thing that I was really holding onto was sexual immorality early in my faith, and I remember just waking up one day and reaching a point on my walk with the Lord where it was like, ‘choose whom today you will serve.’”

He revealed they met on TikTok: “I get on TikTok, and she’s the first thing I see. She was the first thing that I saw, and I’m like, this may be a sign from the Lord, and I end up reaching out. She ended up reaching back to me, and next thing you know, a week later, we’re together.”
