The details of almost 3,000,000 further files about paedophile Jeffrey Epstein have dominated headlines after being released last week. And the case has also caught the attention of YouTubers, with one even documenting his attempt to sneak onto the notorious ‘Epstein Island’ to reveal what’s there. Nico Grigg, whose videos have previously taken him to haunted hotels, restricted Google map locations and camping outside Area 51, took a 48-hour trip to the US Virgin Islands with the aim of landing on Little Saint James — although the stunt ended in him being forced to make an apology. Speaking in the video, which the Florida-based personality posted to his channel at the end on Friday, he said: ‘There are only a handful of people who have actually made it onto Epstein Island. Today, my only goal is to make it on the island undetected.’ The island is currently owned by billionaire businessman Stephen Deckoff who purchased both Little St James and the adjacent Great St James in 2023. Nico is seen in the clip attempting a journey by Jet Ski in a bid to access the island. After a failed first attempt, the content creator returned the following day, although he was once again unable to roam Little St James, only making it as far as the beach, before stepping on multiple sea urchins which left his hands and feet bleeding, forcing him to turn back. He told his followers that he saw construction work happening on the island and that he was filmed by people in golf carts as he traversed the coastline on his jet ski. However, since arriving back in the US, Nico has claimed that he is being stalked by black Escalade trucks, which have begun parking outside his home during the day. (Picture: nicogrigg)
He said in a clip: ‘It’s been just three days since I posted this video of me sneaking onto Jeffrey Epstein’s Island. Every day since I’ve been home, there have been blacked-out Escalade trucks sitting outside my house. I’m not sure what they want or who they are, but I’m posting this here now just in case anything happens. For all I know this could be Jeffery Epstein’s friends. If I p***** anyone off I apologise and I want this all to be over.’ (Picture: nicogrigg)
Epstein bought Little Saint James in 1998 for a reported $7.95 million. He later bought Great Saint James in 2016. The disgraced financier made his money working on Wall Street and starting his own wealth management business, which included advising wealthy and high-profile clients. (Credits: TNS)
During a business meeting in 2012, Epstein said the US Virgin Islands are ‘perfect’ because of their isolation. However, the attorney-general of the US Virgin Islands later called it ‘the perfect hideaway and haven for trafficking young women and underage girls for sexual servitude, child abuse and sexual assault’. While disturbing evidence surrounding Epstein and his associates continues to be revealed, some Redditors have claimed they’ve hacked into Epstein’s email address using a pretty obvious password which was mentioned in the recent files release. One online user posted: ‘I’m in Epstein’s Outlook. What should I look for? I got in using this information from the files.’ Several others online said they, too, were able to gain access to the accounts with the information in the files. It comes after the most recent release from the US Justice Department, which included more than 3,000,000 pages, 2,000 videos and some 180,000 images relating to the disgraced financier (Picture: REUTERS)Add as preferred source
