EVE Fanfest 2026: All Activities Announced

Fanfest 2026 is approaching at warp speed, and all the events and activities for Fanfest week have been finalized. Returning classics and newer adventures will take place around Reykjavik, Iceland, in the days surrounding the main event.

Some events are free and open to all, while others require tickets, so don't miss out!

Tickets to EVE Fanfest 2026 are still available and now is the time to plan your trip to Iceland and secure your place. With many of these experiences selling out quickly in previous years, be sure to grab your tickets before they're gone.

Fanfest 2026 Extra Events

Fanfest Brewery Tours

Sunday 9 May – Wednesday 13 May, 17:00 – RVK Brewing Company

From Sunday through Wednesday, capsuleers can visit RVK Brewing Company, creators of the official Fanfest beer. Hear the story behind this year’s brew and sample a selection of their finest beers in a relaxed and social setting. Tickets available via Eventbrite.

Fanfest Pre-Advance Mixer

Monday 10 May and Tuesday 11 May, 17:00-22:00 – Location TBC

Start your revelries early in the week with a pre-mixer at a handpicked venue in downtown Reykjavik. Capsuleers arriving early get the chance to meet up and break the ice over drinks.

(LAN) Party at the Top of the World at Arena Gaming

Wednesday 13 May, 12:00-18:00 – Arena Gaming, Kopavogur

Join EVE players for an epic LAN party just outside Reykjavik. Enjoy hours of PvP roaming on high-spec gaming PCs, drinks, and a pizza buffet. Kick of Fanfest with games, socializing, and friendly competition.

EVE Pub Quiz

Wednesday 13 May – Time and location TBC

The EVE Pub Quiz returns for Fanfest 2026, promising and evening of camaraderie and competition. Gather your friends, test your EVE knowledge, and enjoy the fun atmosphere of a local bar. Free to join, no tickets required.

Wonders of West Iceland Tour with EVE Devs*

Wednesday 13 May, 8:00-18:00 – Departs from Harpa

Embark on a curated adventure with CCP devs, discovering the stunning landscapes of West Iceland. Explore waterfalls, hot springs, and enjoy a geothermal bath at Hvammsvík.

South Shore Tour*

Wednesday 13 May, 8:00-18:00 – Departs from Harpa

Embark on a scenic journey to South Iceland, visiting Eyjafjallajökull, Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, and the black sand beaches of Vík. A perfect choice for capsuleers and their travel companions alike.

Into the Glacier with EVE Devs*

Wednesday 13 May, 8:30-19:00 – Departs from Harpa

Journey to the stunning Langjökull glacier for an unforgettable full-day tour. Descend into the icy tunnels beneath the glacier, explore lava fields, and witness the breathtaking Hraunfossar waterfall.

EVE Monument Walking Tour

Thursday 14 May, 13:00-14:00 – Departs from Harpa

A guided walk with EVE developers and fellow capsuleers around Reykjavik, ending at the EVE Monument. Learn about the history and significance of this iconic tribute to the EVE community. Free and open to all.

Reykjavik City Music Walking Tour

Thursday 14 May, 20:00-21:30 – Departs from Harpa

Explore Iceland’s pop and rock history on a guided walking tour led by music historian Arnar Eggert. Discover the venues, artists, and moments that shaped Reykjavik’s globally influential music scene.

Opening Day Wrap-Up Bar Mixer

Thursday 14 May, 20:00-21:30 – Location TBC

Kick back and relax after an eventful opening day of Fanfest 2026. This casual mixer at a local bar provides the perfect opportunity to meet fellow capsuleers, swap stories, and enjoy some downtime. Free and open to all attendees.

Charity Dinner at CCP Games HQ

Thursday 14 May, 18:00-21:00 – CCP Games, Gróska

An evening of food, drinks, and socializing with EVE developers and CEO CCP Hellmar at CCP headquarters. Enjoy street food, welcome drinks, and great company while supporting a good cause. Space is limited.

Lava Tunnel EVE Experience*

Thursday 14 May – Time TBC – Departs from Harpa Experience

Raufarhólshellir lava tunnel in person during a unique evening at the location of the Catalyst expansion stream. The event includes a gin tasting from Mósi Gin, guided access to the tunnel, and an immersive EVE-themed light and music installation deep underground.

Sisters of EVE – Golden Circle Tour*

Friday 15 May, 9:00-17:00 – Departs from Harpa

A Fanfest classic now for the Sisters of EVE! This tour includes stops at some of Iceland’s most iconic locations like Þingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall, and Geysir hot spring. The tour also includes a delicious lunch buffet at the renowned Friðheimar greenhouse.

Foodie Walk Tour & Friday Fleet-Up Party

Friday 15 May, 18:45 – Departs from Harpa

Enjoy a gourmet tasting experience through Reykjavik with capsuleers and developers, sampling local flavors and non-alcoholic drinks. The evening ends with entry to the Friday Fleet-Up Party at Gamla Bíó.

Pub Crawl & Friday Fleet-Up Party

Friday 15 May, 19:00 – Departs from Harpa

A true Fanfest favorite! Join capsuleers and devs on a lively pub crawl through Reykjavik, finishing the night at the Friday Fleet-Up Party. Includes a Fanfest shot glass, beer, and a taste of a local spirit.

Friday 15 May, 21:00 – Gamla Bíó

Celebrate the end of the second day of Fanfest alongside capsuleers joining from the Pub Crawl and Foodie Walk Tour. Music, drinks, and a packed dance floor await.

Saturday 16 May, 20:00-01:00 – Harpa

Celebrate EVE Online with capsuleers and developers at the Party at the Top of the World. Included with the Fanfest pass, with additional tickets available for travel companions.
