‘Let us in please’: Watch reporter beg for access to Billie Eilish mansion ‘because this is stolen land’
In the wake of singer Billie Eilish’s declaration at the Grammy Awards that “no one is illegal on stolen land,” a news reporter went to her Los Angeles mansion and begged the entertainer to let the public onto the luxurious property which was originally possessed by the Tongva Tribe.
Ben Leo of GB News documented himself on Eilish’s driveway as he made his plea.
“First of all, isn’t that ironic? Massive gates keeping people out,” Leo began.
“I thought Billie didn’t believe in borders. According to the driveway, Billie does believe in borders.”
“She believes in massive gates keeping people out. A couple of cameras up there as well. The lights are on so somebody must be home.”

“Let us in please, Billie. We are here because this is stolen land, Billie, and we think we should be given access to your quite lovely $3 million mansion.”
“And such is Billie’s concern for security and privacy. It’s surrounded by pretty decent security fencing. Very nice indeed. Massive security hedges as well.”
Meanwhile, a California law firm that handles evictions has made a tongue-in-cheek proposal to boot Eilish from the property for free.

“Sinai Law Firm is offering to evict Billie Eilish from her Los Angeles home on a pro bono basis on behalf of the Tongva Tribe,” said the firm. “Sinai Law Firm is the premier eviction firm in the county.”
“Eilish’s admission that she lives on stolen land gives the tribe a rightful action for possession as the true owner of the property. The 30-day notice is already written and ready to be served.”
The firm later added: “Incredibly concerning to me that people in media are reaching to me as if this is a serious post.”
The attorney for Sinai Law Firm did acknowledge a “serious note” about the issue, saying: “Using a phrase like ‘stolen land’ has meaning and actual implications in the real world. Both Santa Monica and W Hollywood city council meetings each start with land acknowledgements that they are sitting on stolen land. We have county supervisors reciting those lines too.
“It’s both empty virtue signaling and used as a weapon at the same time. It’s empty because no elected official is giving the land back to the Tongva just like Billie Eilish is not going to get evicted nor will she give her house back.
“It’s used as a political weapon to attack ‘things one side doesn’t like’ in both local and international politics, and worse, justifying political violence. No land is stolen, just taken. I don’t make the rules, that’s the way history works.”
