House Bill 60, authored by Representative Joe Glorioso, proposes to make it a crime to intentionally disrupt religious services at churches and other places of worship, with penalties ranging from up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine to up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine if a dangerous weapon is used or someone is seriously injured.
