Status: This match is all ticket for both home and away fans. All tickets must be purchased in advance and there will be no ticket sales on the turnstiles.

Sales Deadline: Ticket sales will close promptly on Saturday 14th February at 12:30PM.

Away Allocation: Away fans are restricted to a maximum allocation of 250 tickets.

Purchase Correctly: Please ensure you purchase tickets for the correct end. Basingstoke have informed us that they reserve the right to eject fans who have bought tickets for the wrong section.
Under 18s Policy & ‘Challenge 25’
To ensure safety, the following restrictions apply to this match for both home and away U18 fans:

Accompanied Entry: All fans under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Adult Requirement: The accompanying adult must be 25 years or older.

Ratio: One adult may be responsible for a maximum of three U18s.

ID Checks: The home side will be operating a ‘Challenge 25’ policy on the gate. If you are over 18 but look under 25, please bring valid ID.

Refunds: Basingstoke have informed us that they will not issue refunds to unaccompanied under 18 who are denied entry.

Home Fans (Basingstoke Town)

Entry: Via Turnstile 2 located on the West Side of the ground (between the Main Stand and the Hampshire FA offices).
- Facilities: All toilets currently in use will continue to be in use and Bartlett’s will be repositioned for this fixture to accommodate home fans.
Visiting Fans (Poole Town)

Entry: Via Turnstile 1 located at the Car Park End (North) of the ground.

Facilities and access: Poole Town fans will be segregated in the area marked red on the above map. Toilets and refreshments will be available within this designated area.
Accessibility:

Entry: Disabled and limited mobility fans at both ends will be admitted via gates adjacent to their respective turnstiles, assisted by a Steward.

Away Supporters: Visiting fans with restricted mobility may use the seating in the Champion Stand (Car Park End). However, if you prefer to use the main designated area for disabled fans (located in the Home section), please contact club@btfc.co.uk before the date of the fixture so they can facilitate this request safely.
Alcohol & Prohibited Items
- Alcohol: In accordance with Hampshire FA rules (as operators of the complex), no alcohol may be brought into the ground. Furthermore, no alcohol will be on sale to away fans.
- Searches: A bag search may be in operation upon entry.
- Pyrotechnics: Flares and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited. Anyone found with these items will be refused entry or ejected, and risks arrest or a Football Banning Order.
