Reports: Raiders set to hire Klint Kubiak after Super Bowl LX
The Las Vegas Raiders are targeting Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak as their next head coach, multiple media outlets reported on Sunday.
Kubiak met with both the Raiders and Arizona Cardinals for their vacant head coaching positions over the weekend.
He will be on the sideline for the Seahawks next Sunday in Super Bowl LX against the New England Patriots before heading to Las Vegas.
The Raiders, who parted ways with Pete Carroll after a 3-14 season, hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. They are in position to grab Heisman Trophy-winning Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza.
Kubiak, who turns 39 on Feb. 17, has spent one season with the Seahawks after working one campaign with the New Orleans Saints (2024).
He also worked as the passing game coordinator for the Denver Broncos (2022) and the San Francisco 49ers (2023).
He is the son of Gary Kubiak, the former Houston Texans and Broncos head coach who won a Super Bowl in Denver.
