Michael Rapaport Called Out, Gets Community Noted for Sharing Fake Zohran Mamdani Photo Amid Epstein Files Release

The Traitors contestant Michael Rapaport is being slammed for spreading a false photo on social media.

If you don’t know, Rapaport has been a major critic of the Mayor of New York City, and even announced a Mayoral run for 2029.

Well, he obviously did not do much research when sharing a photo on his Threads account.

The fake image depicts Mira Nair, who is Zohran‘s mom, with Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein.

The photo has been circulating social media, but users on X quickly clocked that it’s fake. A community note reads: “The image is AI-generated and depicts a nonexistent event. Zohran Mamdani was born in 1991 to Mira Nair; while she attended a 2009 afterparty with Bill Clinton and Jeff Bezos, he was 18 years old at the time.” There is a DOJ-released email that mentions Mira‘s name, having to do with an after party for her film Amelia.

Rapaport shared the image to Threads, and quickly got community noted there as well.

Responses to the post include, “Confirmed to be AI. Michael Rapaport is evil,” “Michael you’re an idiot lol,” and “Even if this photo wasn’t obviously photoshop (discoloration), what does it prove? Zohran was a baby once?”
