Vigilance detains SCB faculty with Rs 2.63L cash
Odisha vigilance officials apprehended a senior doctor from SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack, with Rs 2.63 lakh in unaccounted cash. The doctor allegedly collected bribes from suppliers for the hepatology department and coerced them to provide equipment to his private clinic. Searches are underway to assess his assets.
