Rubio details Trump administration's plan to control sale of Venezuelan oil
The Trump administration plans to handle the sale of tens of millions of barrels of oil from Venezuela and oversee where the money flows, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told a Senate hearing on Wednesday, adding that the revenue would initially be dedicated to basic government services such as policing and health care, subject to Washington's oversight.
