Rihanna Gets Real About Her Postpartum Body After Fans Speculate She’s Pregnant Again
Rihanna is setting the record straight: she is not pregnant with baby number four. Despite comments on her body recently — something that no one should ever have to endure, famous or not — Rihanna revealed that she is embracing her postpartum body with a new style choice. And we love her for keeping it real!
The “Umbrella” singer, who shares kids RZA, 3, Riot, 2, and Rocki, 4 months with A$AP Rocky, was stopped outside the Dior spring/summer fashion show at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week on Tuesday. In a street interview on X, she shared how much she loved the clothes she’s seen.
“Favorite look? That’s impossible,” Rihanna said in the video interview, per Us Weekly. “I wanted the coats, I wanted the dresses, I wanted the skirts with a little bump [at the stomach] ‘cause I got a little pouch after having kids, so I’d love that. I loved the accessories — the bags, the shoes, the earrings — everything was perfectly made, super well done, super whimsical. Everything made me excited. It was a very thrilling show.”
This week, people have been sharing photos of Rihanna on X, where she has worn a variety of outfits that cover her stomach. The comments speculate on her body, with everyone saying things like, “she’s pregnant again?” or “ASAP Rocky is not wasting time.”
It seems like her latest interview is an indirect dig at these commentators, reminding people that she’s freshly postpartum, and not in fact pregnant.
In a Feb. 2025 interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the “Diamonds” singer shared how difficult it is for her to get dressed after welcoming a baby. “I feel like getting dressed is a fight on its own [now],” she told the outlet. “Everything is so… logical. What makes sense? What’s easy? What’s fast? I try not to overthink all that stuff, but you’re leaving the house. It kind of stops you from going out. How much energy do I have to put into getting ready? Doing my make-up, doing my hair, and then going to the closet and figuring out which three things in this entire room make sense together? You go through a fog. And fashion is so much fun, and I miss the fun.”
“I am exhausted. I am tired. I am done, over it,” she added.
However, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t want baby number four. Earlier this month, she commented on an Instagram video by Love Island star Montana Rose Brown, who said, “Deciding whether to get hot and sexy or pregnant in 2026.” Riri cheekily responded, “Wait! So I’m not crazy then? Bet!” She’s probably just joking, but it seems like babies are definitely still on the brain for the singer.
These celebs were quick to shut down pregnancy speculation.
