Pro-Life Group Victimized by Custom-Made Cyber Attack
Over the weekend, David Daleiden’s pro-life group, The Center for Medical Progress, became a victim of what their web hosting company calls a “custom-made malware attack,” which shut down the site.
The attack wasn’t an attempt at fraud or theft but was apparently the work of someone opposed to the organization—almost certainly a pro-abortion activist or group of activists.
In an email sent on Monday, Daleiden said, “[O]ur web host told us we were intentionally hacked by an entity that wants to harm us.”

As of eight AM this morning, the site is still down. (See screenshot below.)
Daleiden has employed an expert remediation team to fix the site and identify where the cyber-attack came from. Depending on the culprit and the circumstances, they may or may not be able to take legal action.
Whoever hacked the site wished to censor the undercover evidence that indicts Planned Parenthood.
Pro-abortion efforts to suppress the videos and documents uncovered by the investigation aren’t new. Former presidential candidate Kamala Harris, acting in her official capacity, seized the group’s videos and research to protect Planned Parenthood. She then sought to punish Daleiden for daring to attack her sacred cow.
The email says that the Center for Medical Progress will release a new video soon.
The timing of the cyber-attack is notable. As Daleiden writes:
[E]ven though this would be a scary event at any time, it’s hard not to notice the timing this weekend —
Literally just hours after Secretary Kennedy announced the END of all HHS funding for experiments on aborted baby body parts, “effective immediately”, and the Trump Administration announced that Planned Parenthood Federation of America is now under investigation for COVID loan fraud…CMP’s public web presence falls victim to a “custom-made” cyber attack.
It looks suspiciously like retaliation.[Emphasis in original]
When pro-abortion activists find themselves losing, they sometimes use dirty tactics to lash out at pro-life groups. This illegal action is only the latest.
Pro-choice activists have frequently shown that they have no problem breaking the law and doing unethical things. One need look no further than the underground networks distributing abortion pills in states where abortion is banned.
A while ago, I covered how pro-choice journalist Robin Marty encouraged activists to break the law in her bestselling book.
Hopefully, the Center for Medical Progress website will be back up soon, and they will identify the culprits who hacked it.
