Noida techie drowning: No bail, Wiztown director’s judicial remand extended
A Noida court denied bail to Abhay Kumar, director of Wiztown Planners, extending his remand in connection with a software engineer's death in a construction pit. Two Lotus Greens employees also had their remand extended. All are booked under sections related to culpable homicide, negligence, and endangering life.
