Latest planning applications in Dartford include consultation linked to Ebbsfleet homes and HMO in Greenhithe
A major housing consultation and plans for a HMO are among the latest planning applications submitted to Dartford council.
One of the most significant items is a consultation on reserved matters linked to outline permission for 143 new homes at Ashmere Parcels 12 and 13, Eastern Quarry, Ebbsfleet.
The submission relates to details of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale, as well as design details and a noise report for part of the wider development within the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation area.
In Greenhithe, a house at 101 Hedge Place Road is the subject of a lawful development certificate application seeking permission to change its use from a standard family home to a five-bedroom, five-person HMO.
Environmental and ecological considerations are also under review following a re-consultation request from Kent County Council (KCC) on details of a habitat management and monitoring plan for land running through the Chalk Spine under the B255 Bean Road, linking the Bluewater Shopping Centre and Eastern Quarry.
The submission relates to ecological mitigation linked to an existing planning permission.
