Taylor Swift’s Mom Andrea Swift Went on Rare Public Outing With Travis Kelce’s Mom Donna Kelce
It was a mom’s night out for Andrea Swift and Donna Kelce! The two women (and future in-laws!) were spotted on a rare public outing over the weekend, showing off their chic winter styles.
Taylor Swift’s mom Andrea and her fiancé Travis Kelce’s mom Donna attended the 2026 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, on Sunday. Andrea wore a cozy black-and-white jacket with black leggings and fur-lined boots, paired with sunglasses in a photo obtained by PEOPLE. She smiled next to Donna, who looked cozy in a long gray puffer jacket, black gloves, and black shoes. The women lean close, with Andrea’s hand gripping Donna’s arm as they brace for the cold weather. What a cool bonding opportunity for this future family!
Andrea, who shares Taylor and son Austin Swift with Scott Swift, and Donna, who is also mom to son Jason Kelce with Ed Kelce, have previously met at Travis’s football games. In fact, it was Andrea’s influence that convinced “The Fate of Ophelia” singer to give the Kansas City Chiefs tight end the time of day in the first place.
In an episode of her Disney+ docuseries, Taylor Swift: The End of an Era, Andrea first noticed that Travis was trying to get Taylor’s attention. “I’m looking at the headlines and perusing around on the Internet and I see that this guy came to your show and he brought a friendship bracelet and wants to meet you,” Andrea recalled in the series. She went to her cousin Robin, aka, “resident expert on the Kansas City Chiefs,” and asked her about Travis.
Robin replied, “Oh my God, he is the nicest guy! And he really loves his mom.”
That convinced Andrea that she needed to push Taylor to meet him. “So you call me with this tone of, ‘Hey, I know you’re not gonna react well to this, but there’s a guy…’” Swift recalled in the episode. Andrea jumped in with, “He’s really cute!” before adding, “You gotta start doing something different.”
Andrea now calls her future son-in-law “one of the happiest people” she’s ever met who “brought a lot of happiness to the room.”
In Sept. 2024, Donna gushed about Andrea and Scott in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. The Traitors star called Taylor’s parents “wonderful people, very down-to-Earth, very Midwestern.” She continued, “Ohio and Pennsylvania are right next to each other, so we kind of understand each other, so it’s really kind of nice. It feels like home.”
