Ferry with more than 350 aboard sinks in southern Philippines, at least 15 dead
A ferry carrying more than 350 people capsized off the southern Philippine province of Basilan, killing at least 15, officials said on Monday. The accident occurred after midnight as the passenger vessel MV Trisha Kerstin 3 was en route to Jolo Island in Sulu province after departing the port city of Zamboanga.
