Paris: Homeless living in outdoor camps continues to rise

With France’s local elections set for March, attention is turning to homelessness in the race for Paris city hall, as more than 3,500 people were living on the streets of the French capital last year, an issue we discuss with Paul Alauzy, a member of a collective pushing to make homelessness a central concern for the next mayor of Paris.
