Team News: Falkirk (A)
David Gray makes five changes to his Hibernian starting XI for our trip to the Falkirk Stadium this afternoon.
Hibs face Falkirk as we return to William Hill Premiership action, looking to extend our unbeaten run in the competition to six games.
Raphael Sallinger once more starts in goal, while Kanayo Megwa, Rocky Bushiri and Jordan Obita keep their places in the defensive third.
Centre-backs Grant Hanley and Jack Iredale return to the starting line-up — with Warren O’Hora and Josh Mulligan both missing out through injury.
Dan Barlaser starts in midfield in place of Club Captain Joe Newell, while our fourth switch for Hibs also occurs in midfield as Miguel Chaiwa replaces veteran attacker Junior Hoilett.
The fifth and final alteration sees Martin Boyle start up top, replacing Thibault Klidjé in the forward line. The incoming striker dons the Captain’s armband for the match.
Versatile midfielder Jamie McGrath and centre-forward Kieron Bowie keep their place in the XI to round out David Gray’s selection.
David Gray has named eight substitutes on the bench. Newell and Hoilett are joined on the bench by goalkeeper Jordan Smith, defender Joseph McGrath, midfielders Dylan Levitt and Alasana Manneh, and attackers Elie Youan and Rudi Molotnikov.
Klidjé and Nicky Cadden miss out through illness, while Josh Campbell and Chris Cadden — alongside O’Hora and Mulligan — are ruled out by injury.
