Insomniac Events’ Hard Summer returns to Hollywood Park
Insomniac Events has announced the return of HARD Summer Music Festival, set to take over in Inglewood on August 1-2.
The two-day festival will once again be held at Hollywood Park, the sprawling entertainment complex adjacent to SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, with organizers promising a refreshed layout following last year’s edition.
Since launching in 2007, HARD Summer has grown into a cornerstone of Southern California’s festival calendar, known for its genre-blending programming and distinctly Los Angeles energy. What began as a downtown warehouse party has evolved into the largest electronic music festival in Los Angeles, drawing a fashion-forward, multi-genre crowd that reflects the city’s layered music culture, where electronic, hip-hop, Latin, and underground scenes collide.
Presale access for two-day GA, GA+, and VIP passes begins at 10 a.m. Friday, January 23, with an SMS presale opening an hour earlier. Additional details and presale sign-ups are available at hardsummer.com.
For 2026, organizers shared that fans can expect a redesigned footprint aimed at easing crowd flow between stages, along with an expanded Green Stage area intended to give attendees more room to dance and linger.
Although the 2026 lineup is yet to be revealed, the 2025 edition featured headlining sets from Australian house standout Dom Dolla, Colombian star Feid, French electronic provocateur Gesaffelstein, and producer Kaytranada, alongside a wide range of underground and emerging acts.
Beyond the music, HARD Summer has continued to emphasize its relationship with the surrounding community. Through its HARD Pre-Game initiative, the festival has partnered with more than 17 local businesses across Greater Los Angeles since 2023, including several Inglewood-based establishments, highlighting an ongoing effort to integrate the event into the neighborhoods it temporarily inhabits.
