Role Description
NNGroup is looking for a talented UX design assistant to join the team. As a UX design assistant, you will work alongside our UX designers to improve the NN/G website experience, as well as other internal and client-facing experiences. This individual must have strong UX design skills, some knowledge of visual design skills, and a high capacity to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in UX design work to improve the NN/G website
- Spec design work for the development team to implement designs
- Review implemented designs and provide feedback to developers
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma for use in usability testing studies
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled at a university or college pursuing a degree in visual design, graphic design, interaction design, or a related field. Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Strong UX design skills
- Adequate visual design skills
- Proficient using Figma
- Able to solve problems and quickly adapt to feedback
- Speak fluent English with advanced business proficiency
- Work overlap with US eastern and CET (France) timezones by 4 hours

Compensation & Perks
Base pay is just one component of NN/G’s total compensation. Position benefits include:
- Hourly base pay of € 8-15 Euro, dependent on location and experience
- Attend UX trainings and receive NN/G UX Certification (valued at $7,000)
- Fully remote position
