Jharkhand High Court Stays CBI Probe into AICTE, JUT Role in DIT Student Exam Denial

The Jharkhand High Court has stayed a CBI probe into the AICTE and Jharkhand University of Technology's role in barring Dhanbad Institute of Technology students from examinations. The state government and JUT appealed a single judge's order, arguing DIT admitted more students than permitted. The division bench will hear the case again on January 29.
