Timothée is now the youngest male actor in history to get three acting nominations, following his nominations for Call Me By Your Name and A Complete Unknown.
He also became the youngest person ever to be doubly nominated for producing and acting in the same year, as he’s a producer on Marty Supreme, which was just nominated for Best Picture, per Variety.
The previous record holder was Warren Beatty for 58 years. He was just a few months older than Timmy is now when he notched that record.
If he wins, he’ll become the second youngest winner in Best Actor history. (Adrien Brody was 29 when he won for The Pianist.)
An A-lister recently called him “one of the greats.”
