Colin Egglesfield is sharing an update on his cancer journey.
Back in January 2025, the 52-year-old actor – best known for his roles in All My Children, The Client’s List, Something Borrowed, and Melrose Place – revealed that he had been given his third cancer diagnosis.
Now a year later, Colin revealed in a new interview that he’s “cancer free” and “feeling great.”

“It’ll be a year in February,” Colin told E! News. “Fortunately, they caught it early enough where I didn’t have to do any radiation or chemotherapy or anything, and that’s one of the things that I just wanted to avoid.”
This hasn’t always been the case for Colin, who recalled having a different experience after he was first diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2006 then again the following year.
“I waited almost until it was too late and it had started to spread,” he explained. “So when they did the surgery and they tested lymph nodes and that sort of thing, they determined that it had spread. So I had to do radiation treatment, and I did not want to go through any of that stuff anymore.”
After admitting that his treatment hasn’t been without challenges, Colin said that he’s hopeful that everything will work out for him.
“It hasn’t been an easy recovery, because there’s learning how to go to the bathroom again and erectile stuff, but knowing that I don’t have to deal with this in the future and that I can potentially move on is something that I’m super grateful for,” Colin shared.
A few months ago, Colin teamed up with several fellow Hallmark Channel stars to save a small fitness and wellness retreat.
