Kristin Davis Admits 'And Just Like That' Ending Didn't Feel Like a Series Finale: 'In My Mind, We're Going to Do Something Else'
Kristin Davis is getting honest about And Just Like That…
The 60-year-old actress had co-star Mario Cantone on the latest episode of her Are You a Charlotte? podcast, where the two discussed the HBO Max Sex & The City continuation series’ ending.
“I’m very sad…I just wanted one more season,” Mario said.
Kristin agreed, saying: “I absolutely wanted one more season too.”
“I love them all, but I don’t care what anybody says: That was not a series finale. It was a season finale, but that wasn’t a series finale. Not from my point of view,” Mario went on to say.
“Well, I agree with you, baby. I agree with you,” Kristin admitted, noting she hasn’t actually watched it yet “because I’m in denial and I would like to remain that way. But I know what was on the page, and I know that when the girls and I got together for dinner, we were like, ‘Wait, what did we do in that?’ And we couldn’t really remember, which is not a good sign.”
Kristin also expressed hope for the future.
“In my mind, we’re going to do something else. I don’t think it will be a whole season, but we’re going to do something else,” she went on to say.
“I feel like we’ve been going for so long… Why? Why finish?”
Mario added: “I know we’re an expensive show, but we’re worth it.”
An Instagram exchange left on Chris Noth‘s account is starting to make the rounds online for bashing his former co-star Sarah Jessica Parker and her latest amazing accomplishment.
