NYS budget director talks executive budget
Governor Kathy Hochul unveiled a $260 billion state budget that uses Wall Street bonuses to plug holes left by federal cuts, increases state operating spending by almost 6%, and includes funding for child care, school aid, Medicaid, affordable housing, clean water grants, road repairs, and public safety.
